Details you give us in the contact or newsletter forms: your name, email address, company name, type of business and your message.
Information you share when you become a client, such as financial records needed to provide our services. This is covered by your engagement letter.

How we use it
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, provide the services you sign up for, send the newsletter if you subscribe, and meet our legal and professional obligations. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted after a set period. Client records are kept for as long as professional and legal record-keeping rules require, then securely deleted.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or ask us to delete it, subject to any records we must keep by law. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the link in each email.
