Are there setup fees?
Setting up your software and bank feeds is included. Catch-up work for missing months is quoted once, before we start.
What happens if I go over my transactions?
Nothing changes mid-month. If your volume grows for three months in a row, we agree a new fixed fee with you first.
Do prices include VAT?
Prices are shown before VAT. The amount on your invoice includes VAT at the applicable rate.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. The new fee applies from the next monthly invoice.
